Some organisations think it is necessary to wear smartly, however others think otherwise, that the work quality is much important than dressing. In my opinion, job quality is above appearance, because for businesses the main thing is money, which is getting from what people do not by what they wear.
During a job, some factors can make people work hard, such as dresses. Dressing smartly can create a successful view to around and it can affect to workers act professional. Surrounded by seriously weared co-workers make others feel like they are in a serious company, which makes them to work harder and be like them. That is how it may boost the organisations to earn more money. Studies indicated that psyhology plays a significant role in behaviour of employes as wearing a costume and acting like professtionals. That is why some organisations focus on wearings rather than quality of work.
In the other hand, quality plays an important role. Workers are prone to work efficiently if they are in a comfortable surrounding. Dressing what they want makes them to feel comforted and helps them focus more on job, so it is the secret of success of most organisations. For example, in space X company employes wear a normal daily clothes and the indicator of job quality is higher than other companies.
In conclusion, a smart dress can affect psyhologically and make people work harder and bring success, but wearing comfort clothes increase quality, which is a key to be successful.
