Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in order to complain about your unquality equipment.I would be grateful ,if you solve my issues as soon as possible.
Recently, I have purchased an equipment your shop and I was really upset and completely do not satisfied when I saw a trouble which is detrimental broken and injured.Moreover,I do not truly like it’s color.
In addition, I phoned your shop ,anyone can not give certain information and I do not understand this situation. I am one of your constantly customer and never come across such unconviences .
Nevertheless, I am going to you replace or give a new equipment.Since,I spent substantial income for it.If my issue is not solved in 5 days ,I will have no choice but to complain higher organizations.
