Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to inform you about mission one of the bags that I had while getting off from flight to London.
I wan on board in flight to Long yesterday for an important business meeting. I was carrying two bags in total. One 23KG bag was in luggage compartment and one carry bag was with me on board. Since I was flying from Singapore and flight was non-stop, I was bit tired. So I fell a sleep. Moreover, I did not know when flight landed. When I was asked to off board by air hostess, I notices I was the only one in the flight. Hence, I got up quickly and rushed to the exit door without taking my carry bag.
The trolly bag was of black in colour with safari written on the top left corner. It had one addition emotional baggage sticker on it. It was containing some important business documents with MOUs and bonds papers which I am going to present in the meeting. Apart from business documents, it also had an iPad inside it.
The moment I reached my hotel, I realised that I am missing something and remembered that I forgot my bag in the plane. I am worried about the content of the bag. I would be grateful to you if you could help me finding my bag and send it the hotel address given below as early as possible. My Ticket reference number is #ABN235D34.
