Nowadays,many students prefer playing computer games instead of doing sports. This changes happens because games are easy to entrance, fun and social.Although,gaming has some advantages spending too much time on screen can cause health issues.It is important to understand why students make this choice and find ways to support more physical activity.

One reason students choose games instead of sports is that games are very catching.Modern games have prizes and challenges that keep players interested. Also online gaming allows students to play with friends without meeting in real life. Scientists show that gaming can lead to headaches and backaches. If you sit for too long, it may lead to vision loss.

Another reason is that gaming is more convenient. Playing sports take times, energy, while gaming can be done at home. Many students prefer relaxing with a game,but don’t do physical activities. Also homework and busy schedules make students choose quick fun instead of long sports.

To solve this problem, schools and parents can take action. Schools can add sports to daily plans or hold events. Parents can limit screen time.Schools can also use interesting exercises to make sports more fun.

In conclusion, students play computer games more fun and easy and social.However, schools and parents can helps balance gaming with physical activities.
