Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about bad experience my wife and I received visiting your theatre.
Two days ago, my wife and I attended the premier of “Cherry orchard” by A. Chekhov which is one of our favourite plays. However, the performance was nothing but disappointment.
First of all, when we arrived, it turned out that our sit places had been occupied by another couple. Since they demonstrated us their tickets for the same places, we were forced to look for another. As a result, instead of sits in the first row that cost us a fortune, we had to “enjoy” the places in the back that your staff offered. Moreover, when we complained about the issue to your administration, they were most unhelpful claiming that the problem cannot be satisfactorily resolved. We have received no apologise as well.
I would like to express my deepest dissatisfaction with such an appalling treatment. I hope that you are aware that this is unacceptable. I expect to receive a total refund.
I look forward for your prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
Andrey Zu
