I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the iPhone that I purchased on 4th August 2025 from your outlet on Mayfield road.
I regret to inform you that I am not completely satisfied with your device. The screen of the mobile often blackest while using. The battery of the product diminishes with any usage. Moreover, there are some issues associated with volume and speakers of the device.
I reached out to your after-sale service department but did not get desired results. I emailed and called help centre of your company several times. Although, I could not resolve after contacting company’s help centre. So, I decided to reach the store. Your assistant manager informed some of the technical issues with the phone.
