The first step goes with growing sugarcane, which takes 12-18 months to mature. When it is ready to harvest, then it is cut down. Later, it is collected and selected using mechanical as well as labor force. After this process, the sugarcane is crushed to get juice from it. The sugarcane juice is purified using a limestone filter, and it is then evaporated using heat, where the juice becomes syrup.
When the juice becomes syrup, using a centrifugal method, sugar crystals are separated. After getting the sugar crystals, they are dried and placed for cooling and, on demand, supplied to the market
