Overall, almost every feature of Grand Park has changed including the main structure of it. Despite the rose garden that has protect its existence throughout all of years.

In 1920, the structure of Grand Park has include a fountain, musician stage and pond for water plants as well. After all of years whole of them changed by other structures such as a new central rose garden with square shape or new play area for childrens. Glasshouse has also changed with water feature in todays version of park just like other ones.

Current version of Grand Park including additional entrance underground car park despite in 1920. The position of seats has also changed and placed on the center of park. The quantity of rose gardens has decreased respectively from 3 in 1920 to 2 with one additional in today. Another new structure including by Grand Park today is Amphitheatre despite its first opening in 1920.
