Dear Harman,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the Playstation5 that I have recently borrowed from you.

I want to let you know that the remote control of your playstation5 game is damaged by me. I was playing the game early this afternoon and to have a 10 min break I went to nearest coffee shop keeping the remote control on the dining table. After having my coffee when I entered the house, I saw that the remote control was lying on the floor, and it had a crack on bottom left side below the company’s label. I was very frustrated by seeing this and I called my mom to ask her the whole issue. Then I came to know the fact that my dog pet “chomu” was playing with its toys and while playing it climbed to the dining table , leading to drop the remote control.

I apologise for my negligence and I assure you that I’ll get it fixed by tomorrow. If you’re not satisfied with repairs then I can grab you a new remote control of lastest version
