According to some, students ought to learn about competition in school. Others believe that they should focus on cooperating. In my opinion, I consider that learning cooperation skills for children is more important, especially on their future life.

On the one hand, some people think that children who learn to compete with each other do better in school in comparison to their other classmates. In other words, they are more motivated for existing competition between them. As a result, students more effort to achieve the best ending for their effect.

On the other hand, many people believe that if the students had taught about cooperation, they would be successful in their actions. To put it another way, as people, live and work together are part of our life. So it is crucial for children who learn team skills. For example, students generally help and support each other in teamwork at school and they more work effectively when they have cooperation skills. Another reason why team skills are useful for children is that they can learn how to negotiate to reach a better outcome. Furthermore, having team skills is vital to succeed later in life when, as adults, they must cooperate with others in the job market.

In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinions, I think if in schools are focused on students’ teamwork skills and their cooperation in classwork could help them have a better chance later in life and work.
