The process shows the stages in the manufacturing of bricks. It includes seven stages, beginning with extracting a clay from the ground and ending with a delivery of packed bricks.
First, the digger is used to extract clay, the main ingredient, from the ground. Afterwards, the clay is filtered through the metal grid and transferred to the roller. The brick itself can be formed In two ways. Before the mold is filled with clay, the clay is mixed with sand and water in order to reach a right consistency. In another way, the future bricks can be formed through wire cutter.
After being formed, the bricks are then send to the drying oven for the period around 1-2 days. Following this, the bricks are consequently passing the kilns: first, with moderate temperature of 200-800 Celsius. Then, they go to the higher temperature of 870-1300 Celsius. Once the bricks have passed the kilns, they are then remained in cooling chamber for 2-3 days. Finally, the bricks are ready and before being delivered, they go through packaging.
