The process shows the stages of brick manufacturing. The process can be divided into 3 main stages, starting with digging the clay and concluding with delivery of the package that consists of well-created bricks.
After digging, the clay will be placed on a metal grid that is rolled on the roller, and is mixed with sand and water. Once it is done mixing, the resulting mixture will be cut by a wire cutter that creates a form of a brick. Another method of creating a form of a brick is to pour a mixture on a brick-shaped form.
When the process of shaping is done, bricks will be placed in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. Then they are placed into the kiln that is heated to 200-980C. Next it will be heated to 870-1300C. Afterwards, the bricks are placed into the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours.
Finally, the bricks will be packed and then delivered to the destination.
