Uh, well, this topic reminds me of the time when I had to make complaints about the food quality in one of my favorite restaurants. Um, and fortunately, the final results was quite satisfying. Um, well, my family is is a loyal customer for unrest tolerant nearby our house. And we often go for it on every special occasion. And as I remembered exactly the latest time we visit there was on the woman’s day. And Uh, at that time, we had to book in advance in order to have on table because it’s really crowded in special days. Uh, so when we came to the restaurant, we ordered the dishes as usual. However, we would have we had to wait for a long time because they are full enough tables. Um, but we were still really sympathis pathetic to them. Uh, however, when they served us a pasta dishes, I was totally shocked when I tried it because, you know, it was much more sassy than usual. And I immediately gave feedback to the waiter, and he said sorry with us and brought out brought our dish out straight away. And just 5 minutes later, they served us another dish together with a small cake for dessert and also said sorry again. Um, but we are real we were really pleased about the customer service, and I think that was also the reason why this arrest warrant achieved a huge amount of numbers, especially, um, the loyal ones. Yeah.

Despite this, we were still sympathetic. When they served us pasta dishes, I was shocked because it tasted much saltier than usual. I immediately gave feedback to the waiter. He apologized and brought us a new dish right away. Five minutes later, they served us another dish along with a small cake for dessert, apologizing again.
