Many nutritionists state that most of the world’s population has poor diets. In the modern world, there is a rising number of cases of obesity, anorexia, cancer, and other diseases that can be caused by an unhealthy diet. This is a very serious problem, because it can lead to major health problems and overall worse quality of life. One of the most important parts of a good diet is to eat regularly, which can be a problem if you are busy all day. Eating on a schedule is crucial because many aspects of the human body are linked with time, and every exception to expected behaviour can stress our organism. Many people may skip breakfast if they are late for work, sometimes they do not want to eat and sometimes they are overwhelmed with work to find time to go to the nearest cafe and buy themselves lunch.
Another aspect of a healthy diet is how much energy is needed to operate all day and what gives that energy. Mainly, daily nutrition consists of protein, fats and carbohydrates and the majority of people do not count their daily consumption. Even if the food eaten is healthy, maybe one of these elements is deficient. For example vegans mostly eat only vegetables which are considered good, but they are clearly lacking protein.
To solve this problem, people should manage their day wisely and allocate time for a meal. If there is no free time for lunch, prepare food in advance to spend the least time possible. Doing so, the habit will be formed and it will be much easier to stick to the eating schedule. Secondly, the daily menu should be planned by calculating everyday needs. In conclusion, an unhealthy diet is a serious problem that should be solved individually, which makes it more difficult because every solution is personalized. However sticking with the general advice: persistent eating and listening to your body’s needs can be the first step in resolving it. If the issue is left unresolved, it may lead to various health problems.
