Many nutritionists state that most of the world population have poor diets. In the modern world there is a rising number of cases of obesity, anorexia, cancer and other diseases that can be caused by an unhealthy diet. This is a very serious problem, because it can lead to major health problems and overall worse life quality.
One of the most important parts of a good diet is to eat regularly, which can be a problem if you are busy all day. Eating by schedule is crucial because many aspects of the human body are linked with time and every exception of expected behaviour can stress our organism. Many people can skip breakfast if they are late for work, sometimes they don’t want to eat and sometimes they are overwhelmed with work to find some time to go to the nearest cafe and buy themselves lunch.
The other aspect of a healthy diet is how much energy is needed to operate all day and what gives that energy. Mainly, daily nutrition consists of protein, fats and carbohydrates and the majority of people do not count their daily consumption and even if the eaten food is healthy, maybe one of these elements is deficient. For example vegans mostly eat only vegetables which are considered good, but they are clearly lacking protein.
To solve this problem people should manage their day wisely and allocate time for a meal and if there is no free time for a lunch, prepare food upfront to spend the least time possible. Doing so, the habit will be formed and it will be much easier to stick to the eating schedule. Secondly, the daily menu should be formed by counting everyday needs.
In conclusion, unhealthy diet is a serious problem that should be solved individually which makes it more difficult because every solution should be personal, but sticking with the general advice: persistent eating and listening to your body needs can be the first step in resolving it. If the issue is left unresolved, it may lead to various health problems.
