Nowadays, crime rate is increasing day by day certain people are of the opinion that person who commits crimes should be kept in prison for long time, whereas, other are of the believe that such people do not deserve to be alive and there should be punished capital punishment. I vehemently believe in former view because if a person will stay in prison they might learn how to be a good citizen of society and there are chace they eill not commit crime again. My further essay will elaborate about my inclination in forth coming paragraphs.
On one hand, criminals should be kept in prison for longer time because in jail they will get an opportunity think about life from another direction. A person can think over their committed crime and possible other ways to deal with their individuals to situation. In addition to this days authorities providing rehab treatment to prisoners which educate them to become a good member of society. For example if a person will get a chance to learn what is right and what is wrong their doing in the life there life there is high chance for them not to commit crime further in their life.
On the other hand, other people in society opine that criminal should be given that sentence for the crime which they have committed because if authority give such punishment other people will dissued oneself from committing crime. There are some crimes which strongly demand capital punishment to maintain and balance out smooth, safe working environment. For instance, if an individual commit a severe crime like Rape or murder they should be punished with capital punishment.
In conclusion, although, I strongly advocate that any criminals should be kept in jail for a long time to rethink of their mistake and try to find a way to live peacefully, there are many crimes which have only a punishment of death sentence
