I want to share a particular experience from my time as a student, which has hit the net by the pressure of a looming deadline. This is perfectly incident-occurred when I was narrowing the deadline for a complex practical assignment crossing for my degree. The deadline was imminent and I was actually aware that my submission was just minutes away. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant problem despite my efforts. The program I was attempting to find out was refused at the work, even after I enabled to debug the tools and I could feel my heart racing and a purple note forming in my stomach, Fully by the fear that my submission would already influence my final grades. The relent’s striking of the countdown only intensified my anxiety, making it challenging to think clearly. In that moment of crisis, I realized I need to rewind a control over my emotions. I consciously forced myself to stop glancing at the clock and took a few deep breaths to center my toes. By breathing the problem down into a manageable steps right there than succumbing to a French rush, I was able to approach it methodically. I focused solessly on organizing my tones and making moves of the digital tools available to me, which allowed me to forward everything correctly. Reflecting on that experience, I blended server at the important lessons. I recognized that procrastination often leads to excessive stress. More importantly, I learned that panic is not a beneficial response to pressure. A calm and clear mind can achieve solutions far more effectively and I come to pressure that in moments of intense stress. A measure approach can resolve problems in a minute that panic could not toggle in hours.
