I would like to share my experience about a challenging project that I worked on in collaboration with my team. This project was about organizing a scientific conference. I was the executive secretary of that conference, which focused on medicinal chemistry and herbal plant extraction. The scientific secretary of the conference suddenly became ill, and my responsibilities increased significantly. So, I decided to ask my colleagues and my students to join my team to help with different aspects of the conference. For example, one of my students designed the posters and the logo for the conference. One of my colleagues designed the website. Additionally, I prepared two committees: a scientific committee and an executive committee to assist with the organization of the conference and to judge the scientific papers. It was a challenging project, but it turned out amazing and was very rewarding for me.
