My boyfriend and I have traveled in Xiamon for many days and when we plan to go back home, we order taxi in online platforms to take us, uh, to the high speed train station. And the phone said it was just two of us. But when I opened the door, I found that there were other people in the taxi too. So I feel a bit nervous about not being able to catch the train. So I asked the driver if he could drop us off first at the high speed train station. But driver said he should follow the roads shown on the platform and which means he should send others to their destination one by one until went to the high speed train station for me. I uh, immediately made a complaints to the customer service of the platform using my mobile phone. The customer service told me that they didn’t know the driver had other private reception situation and he asked me the basic information and tell me that he would check the cameras in the car about what is exactly is going on. About half an hour later. Although I didn’t catch the high speed drain, their response was timely. They first apologized to me and then warned the travel and ben him from using the platform to pick up customers in the future.
