So I can’t do any deadlifts or doing squats. and this is very essential exercises for powerlifting journey so I had to make different decisions I had three of them first I just can rest for a week but I don’t like this decision because I prefer doing light workouts during this time. Speaking of light workouts I think that I can just be easy on them and have a lot of energy and reserve after them and I had also third option I can delet exercises that creates back pain for a week. So I always find making decisions very difficult and so I chose doing light workouts and I used a a little bit different schedule but I do not reset or dilute any essential exercises so the situation was that I need to do one step back to then do two steps forward
