One girl that I said for myself which I did my best to achieve it was waking up earlier. In the past, I struggled with time management and I had always stuck with many tasks till the end of the day. Just because of the habit of sleeping and waking up too. I decided to change this and I decided to change it to have more time to leave and deal with the tasks before the sleeping time. At first, I tried to use my alarm clock and set it to 5am. But it doesn’t work for me. I just turned it off and continued to sleep. So I asked for my mom and she helped me wake me up. I found it more useful than any alarm device. So when I woke up, I tried to do my personal hygiene as quick as possible. I went to park and started my exercise immediately. Some days I was just jogging or working. Some days I did my meditation at home. Eventually, after a consistent effort, I found my health improved and I had enough time to accomplish my work before the sleeping time. I found it really good and I appreciate the period of time that I tried to give it an effort.
