One goal that I set for myself, which I tried my best to achieve, was waking up earlier. In the past, I struggled with time management and I had always stuck with many tasks until the end of the day, mainly due to my habit of sleeping and waking up late. I decided to change this to have more time to complete my tasks before bedtime. At first, I tried to use my alarm clock and set it for 5 AM, but it didn't work for me. I just turned it off and continued to sleep. So, I asked my mom for help, and she assisted me in waking up. I found this more effective than any alarm device. When I woke up, I tried to do my personal hygiene as quickly as possible. I went to the park and started my exercise immediately. Some days I jogged or walked, and other days I did my meditation at home. Eventually, after consistent effort, I found my health improved, and I had enough time to accomplish my work before bedtime. I found it really beneficial, and I appreciate the time I dedicated to this effort.
