I recently had a frustrating experience while shopping online. It happened a few weeks ago when I ordered a charger online. I was really excited about this purchase because the website promised next-day delivery, and I was willing to pay extra for that service. However, it took a whole week for the charger to arrive. When I contacted customer service to complain, they put me on hold and never got back to me. To make matters worse, when the charger finally arrived, it was broken, and the wrong type. I was incredibly disappointed because I needed the charger for an important presentation the next day. I couldn't wait for a replacement and had to borrow one from a friend. I was extremely upset, not only because I didn't receive an apology, but also because the shop blocked me from contacting them further. After this experience, I'm seriously considering going to a physical store to make future purchases.

Today I will describe a UH problems I had during shopping online before the Tuesday one night ship in my class. Uh I ordered a choser UNl online and um I’m very devastated with this experience I ordered on the website they prommised prom service in fact they said that they offer next day delivery and I really e agree to receive these charges but it took a week to come. When I messaged to complain they put me on hold and never got back to me. When the charr eventually arrived the as if was broken and the side is also not correct as I ordered. Of course I couldn’t weit these charger and couldn’tain the shop to exchan for another one and I had to borrow another charger from my friends to wear on that ship. I feel extremely disress when not only did I not rece received any apologize but I was also blocked by the shop. After this experience I think I could go to a physical mall to buy someone I like.
