Well, I would love to talk about my last experience with a problem while online shopping. Approximately six months ago, I ordered a magnificent leather jacket from a well-known online shopping site. The reviews and customer ratings were quite high, which is why I trusted the result. But when I received my package, I was disappointed because although I ordered my usual size, XS, the leather jacket fit me like a medium size. In addition, the top of the leather jacket was badly wrinkled, I think due to poor packaging or low-quality shipping. After this situation, I contacted customer service, and they responded to me two or three days later; I don't remember the exact number.
