Yeah, about two months ago, I went to the hospital with my wife because she had some problems. We visited the doctor, and the doctor said to take some tests to identify the real issue. We went to the hospital for that, and we waited there for over two hours. Then a good person, like a customer service representative, whom I know from my childhood, suddenly saw me and asked what the problem was. I told him we had been waiting for over two hours. He told me not to wait and that he would help us. He gave us a number, and we didn't have to wait anymore. We took our tests and then returned to the doctor. The behavior of that person made me feel pleased. Yeah, that's all.
