So, my grandfather takes pills for his blood pressure and his body ache. So he ran out of his medicines and the only way he could get those medicines was by walking to the closest pharmacy and requesting them a refill and they would return back to you with a date or a particular date, number of days when the refill would be in and then they would ask you to come back on a specific day for the refill. So my grandfather was out of the medicines and he needed those in like strictly urgently and I called the pharmacy, I told them that it was urgent and I told them that he has no other medicines and it’s really important for his health to take those medicines and considering his age which is 78 years, the pharmacy promptly took an action of ordering it and they ordered it on an urgent basis so it will be there in pharmacy within 24 hours and not only this but they also offered us to deliver it with an extra price that of 599 and since the pharmacy wasn’t too far I told them not to deliver it but instead I could just go and pick it up because it’s just within 500 meters so I’ll just go and pick it up on 25th that is tomorrow at 2 p.m. so basically going on call and talking to the head of pharmacy and requesting them for the medicines on the urgent basis helped me in getting the medicines for my grandpa.
