I enjoy doing something which is really healthy. I will definitely say it’s dancing. I love to dance because it’s not only good for help, it also gives us mind refreshment. Whenever I’m at home by myself, I try to dance, uh, all the time. I practice dancing because it’s one kind of exercise. I like to do it in person because I’m a little bit shy sometimes, depending on the situation. Like as a hangout, I try to do it with my friends or other nearest someone. So most of the time in my room, I do that. I practice dancing, um, and I believe it’s not only healthier, it also give you mind refreshment, sound health. You will get stress free. It will help us to lo the body weight and also the to boundn, uh, extra fat, which store in our barely as well in our whole body. So it’s worldwide. It’s really believed as a good kind of exercise. And also some people believe it as a, um, oi for God. And it’s, it’s really helpful for the physical and mental well being. Whenever I try to dance, uh, I get something different because I try to keep focus on dancing on that time. I don’t think about other things. So it’s keep, keeppt me all the time, stress free, no workload or something. And also, uh, when I plan to maintain a, uh, healthy life, I try to dance to like to lose my weight, and it keeps me all the time fit. As some people also practice it as a part of their exercise, I can say.
