I enjoy doing something that's really healthy, and I'd definitely say it's dancing. I love to dance because it's not only good for my health, it also gives me a mental refresh. Whenever I'm at home by myself, I try to dance, uh, all the time. I practice dancing because it's one kind of exercise. I like to do it in person, but I'm a little bit shy sometimes, depending on the situation. Like as a hangout, I try to do it with my friends or other people close to me. So most of the time in my room, I do that. I practice dancing, um, and I believe it's not only healthier, it also gives you mental refreshment, sound health. You'll get stress-free. It will help us to lose body weight and also to burn, uh, extra fat, which is stored in our belly as well as in our whole body. So it's worldwide. It's really believed as a good kind of exercise. And also some people believe it as a, um, way to connect with God. And it's, it's really helpful for the physical and mental well-being. Whenever I try to dance, uh, I get something different because I try to keep my focus on dancing at that time. I don't think about other things. So it keeps, keeps me all the time, stress-free, no workload or anything. And also, uh, when I plan to maintain a, uh, healthy life, I try to dance to lose weight, and it keeps me fit all the time. As some people also practice it as a part of their exercise, I can say.
