Actually, I am an absent-minded person, so I cannot concentrate on work due to my lethargic habits. After my 12th examination, I felt so lethargic that I could not concentrate on my work. During this time, I became a lazy person because I spent most of my time sleeping and using my mobile phone. That's why I struggled to concentrate on my work and studies. I shared these thoughts with my friend and asked him for advice. I searched online for ways to concentrate on work, and most of the channels recommended listening to music, practicing yoga, and drinking water. After following this advice, I tried yoga. I enrolled in a yoga course, and after completing it, I felt that I could concentrate on my work easily, and I never felt overwhelmed. After this experience, I felt over the moon.

Actually I am absent minded people so I cannot concentrate on work due to my lethargic habit.
