In my opinion, I would like to say working in a big hotel has a good reputation, whereas working in a small hotel will pay you less and may not have the same quality and service. However, the majority of people will opt for small hotels rather than big hotels, which can cost too much. Working in a big hotel can provide you with valuable knowledge of customer service and how to handle guests with high-quality service. This experience can enhance your understanding of hotel management and how to improve the quality of service for customers as well. Therefore, working in a big hotel will be the best choice for students who want to pursue a career in hotel management.

In my opinion, I would like to say working in a big hotel has a good reputation whereas working in a small hotel will pay you less and it won’t have a good quality and a good service. But majority of the people will offer for the small hotels rather than the big hotels which cost you too much. Whereas working in a big hotel can give you a good knowledge of customer service, how to handle them with your good quality service. This can give a good knowledge on hotel management and how we can improve the quality of service for the customers as well. So working in a big hotel will be the best choice for the students who want to pursue their career in hotel management.
