When people work in a big hotel, they can access various facilities such as a traditional bonus, medical benefits, and holidays. They also encounter different types of hotel customers and provide numerous amenities to them. In contrast, in a small hotel, employees may not receive as many facilities, and their salaries might be lower. They also interact with different kinds of hotel customers, but the range of services offered can be more limited.

When people are working in a big hotel, they can get different kinds of facilities such as a traditional bonus, medical facilities and we can holidays and they can get different kinds of hotels customers and they give lots of facilities to hotel customers. But in a small hotel, people don’t get enough facilities and they can get some not master salary and they can get different kinds of hotel customers and they get different kinds of services.
