Actually, there are some differences between them, but I think that working in a big hotel or a small hotel has its own merits. I believe these hotels do their best in terms of quality and service. Some big hotels have good quality, high ratings, and well-trained staff. However, we can also see that there are massive hotels with good quality, but their staff can be unprofessional, and their rooms may be untidy. On the other hand, working in a small hotel is often considered to lack quality, but that is absolutely not correct. It is a misconception because a small hotel can also have very good staff and provide excellent service.

Actually there is some differences between them but I think that working in a big hotel or in a small hotel, there is no difference. I think these hotels make their best, do their best, their quality and so on. There are some big hotels that they have good quality, good stars and also their stuff is good. But otherwise we can see that also there are some hotels that they are huge, they are massive, they have good quality but their stuff is really bad, they are cruel and also their rooms are untidy and so on. And also working in a small hotel, somehow considered that there are not any good quality but actually it was absolutely not correct.
