I have not much experience about the hotel industry as I’never worked in that. But I heard a few articles and, uh, I read few articles and heard from other employees who work in that hotel. So, uh, there are several, ah, differences between that. Uh, the first one things, a big hotel providing a wonderful sales as well as work life balance to their employee. Apart from that, small hotels are not forcing or just the simple. They are, uh, just giving the small amount of salary. Um, and second things are, uh, in big hots, all the employees are professionals. They completed their degree from, from some of the, uh, well known university. But in the small, uh, hottest day are had just local peoples who just know how to read, write and speak. That was the major differences between that, uh, adv advisor did affecting their business.
