In my point of view, I strongly believe that promotion opportunities should be based on merit rather than age. Both Zhang and other employees bring unique strengths to the workplace. Young people often have fresh ideas, new knowledge, cool skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments. On the other hand, older employees offer companies their experience, leadership, and stability. Each type of employee provides their own advantages and abilities to the company. Instead of focusing on age, we should evaluate each individual based on their skills, performance, and contributions.

In my point of view, I strongly believe that promotion opportunities should be based on merit rather than it. Both Zhang and other employees bring unique strength to the workplace.
