I think we can get young people to do more exercise by showing them the positive aspects of exercising. Also, since young people prefer appearance, they may be attracted by the appealing side of exercising.
I feel like exercise is supposed to be fun, and nowadays in school, a lot of kids are just forced into a sport. They don't really choose for themselves. At least that was my experience, and I think showing more types of sports to kids would help this problem a lot.
