Well, I'm into bodybuilding, so I hit the gym fairly regularly. I go four or five times a week. Also, since I started off pretty skinny, I had to get used to watching what I eat to bulk up a bit more. Ever since then, I've been trying to eat healthy.
Personally, I'm not a very sporty person, but every day I work out. I do pilates for 30 minutes, and then for dinner, I only eat meat or vegetables. I avoid eating rice and other glutinous foods. I only eat fast food once a month, and I think that's a pretty healthy lifestyle.
