Dear Mr. William,

I am writing this for disturbance about the noise level coming from your house. However, it affects my day schedule as well.

A week ago, I have requested you to take some action against this situation. But, this noise level is increasing in this weekends as well. It is detrimental as I am not able to focus on my studies as well as my part time job due to not get some sleep at night. To take some strict action, a group of neighbours have already complaint to city law enforcement for the house party that happened last week. I am requesting you to give notice to your lease owners at your house as it decreases the reputation of yours in the neighbourhood area.

I am making a request to resolve this problem and want to hear a good response form your side.
