Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to you regarding the problems I have consistently encountered with my computer desktop in the past few months. As you are no doubt aware, there has been no recent IT upgrades in the past 5 years and I believe it has been affecting not only me but everyone’s work loads and productivity on a daily basis.

For example, I have noticed that the one assigned to me takes ages before starting up. Not only that, but when using multiple tabs simultaneously, it slows down considerably or becomes unresponsive making a huge impact on my work perforfance.

As you know, being an marketing analyst, we always need to be updated on the latest market trend and having an outadated device is really not gonna help us in the long way, so I am suggesting if we can have the latest computer models and have the IT upgrade the Operating systems of each computer, in that way we can work on our jobs with more efficiency and accuracy.
