Dear concern,

I am writing this letter in respect to the order I made last week from your website, that reached in damaged form to my doorsteps.

Firstly, I managed to get two of my required decants from your online portal which I longed for sometime now and I ordered them on the first glance from your website as I have had profound reviews of your products and services. But alas, I had to experience on the contrary as both of my decants reached my hand broken.

In this regard, I demand for the full reimbursement for the advance payments I made for the products. I am attaching the payment receipts, invoice, and pictures of the corrupted products along with a small clip as a confirmation from the delivery personal on the damaged status and proff of the genuineness of my claim.

Lastly, I am sending the details of my bank account for the refund purpose. Please note that, there will be a bank charge that would be deducted by the remitter bank, hence please ensure the refund of the full amount.
