I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the skintint product that I bought 3 days ago via Shopee. When I opened the package, there was a liquid spill coming from the skintint box, and it turned out the pump was damaged which caused the product contents to come out of the bottle. I have attached the evidence on the video.
Actually, I would like to request a refund for the product I purchased. According to the provisions made at the beginning, if the goods that reach the buyer are defective, the funds will be returned 100% to the ShopeePay account.
I will send back the product I received back today via regular JNT delivery, and it is likely that the item will arrive in around 3-4 days. For shipping costs, I use the cash on delivery method.
