I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Bluetooth headset I recently ordered from your online store. The item was delivered one day ago with terrible condition and cannot be used at all.
When I open the package, I noticed that there was a scratch on one side of the headset. I tried to connect the headset via Bluetooth, but it did not pair correctly. Even though it briefly connected, the sound was distorted and unclear.
This situation has caused me considerable disappointment, as I urgently required the headset for my English class. I chose your store due its reputation for excellent service. Therefore, receiving a defective product has been extremely unsatisfactory.
I would kindly request a full refund for this. Please let me know the correct procedure to return the damaged item owing to the fact that I will arrange the delivery process this afternoon.
