I am writing to inform you that I recently purchased from your e-commerce website last weekend, and when it arrived, it was damaged.
I am unhappy with this. I thought it would be in perfect condition, but it was not. Also, I wanted it to arrive before I traveled to another city, but I was shocked when I connected it to my PC and realized that it was not working.
I am requesting a full refund so I can buy another one in a store in my town, so I can be sure it is working well.
I will give you my order details for this screen. The order number is 2453451, the color was black, and the size was 24 inches. I ordered it on April 21st.
