Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding problems that I am facing in this apartment.

The main problem is of bed bugs. Recently, maintenance team had done treatment for bugs. However, situation remains same as before and effect of that treatment is nearly zero.

It affecting me and my family in several ways. First of all we had a kid age of 9 years and he is finding difficulty in getting good sleep due to those bugs. Another problem is I already threw 2 mattress worth of $1000 because it was affected by insects. We were trying our best to keep the apartment neat and clean, but issue persist same.

I kindly request you that, if possible please give us a new apartment in the next building, which is newly constructed.
