Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter in reagrding to the problems I have been facing in the apartment. Last week I moved into the new apartment room no.36. During the intial duration everything in the apartment was working fine and I had no problems.

However, from last two days the washing machine and the dryer are not working properly as they should be. Due to which I am facing a lot issue as I have use the local laudry and that laudry is 30 miles away from apartment. So, if possible can you replace or call a technicial to fix the washing machine and dryer.

If you need any addional information let me know i will provide it to you.
