Dear Building Manager,

I am writing this email regarding an issue with my neighbours, who is making aloud noise at night, I am a new tenant in this building my unit number is 203.

Firstly, I am a university student so I need to focus on my studies, but I am disturbed by 204 suit people they start party at mid night with a lot of noise through DJ and playing games with gossip. I headed from my bedroom walls.

Unable to sleep at night because of this so I am not focusing on my daily routine effectively. Apart from this, I failed in my exam.

Could you please take a proper action according to this apartment policy which is necessary for everyone to live peacefully with healthy relationship among neighbours.

I am looking forward for prompt response.
