I am writing to complain about the HP laptop 256gb RAM, 40gb ROM I recently purchased from your local store on the 17th of June, 2026. While it seemed to be in perfect condition, it stopped working perfectly after two days of using it.
I bought it because I started doing some freelance that required a functional laptop . However, It has become frustrating to operate it because it started slowing down for no obvious reason and goes off when the battery is at 70 percent. I initially thought it was because I used solar to charge it, so I used direct power source but same thing happened.
Consequently, this has greatly affected my job. So, I would like you to look into this issue, confirm the purchase and communicate when I can bring in the laptop for an exchange or you provide a full refund within 38 hours.
