I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the unclear operating instructions for my stove, which I purchased on January 30th, 2026. The product was advertised as easy to use; however, my expectations were not met.
According to your television advertisement, customers should be able to set up their kitchen appliances with a step-by-step guide provided on the packaging. Unfortunately, the instructions included were extremely brief and lacked sufficient details. When I pressed the start button in step three, it stopped functioning and made a strange sound. As a result, the indicator light did not turn on afterward.
To resolve this matter, I kindly request a full refund for my purchase due to the malfunction as compensation for the inconvenience. Moreover, it might be better if your manufacturer provides a detailed written guide or a visual video available on your website. I would attach relevant documents for your reference, including invoices, receipts, and photos.
I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Please respond within 5 business days to let me know how you plan to address the situation.
