Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I bought a “Ray Ban Meta 2” in Variantiss Store, and it was damaged.
Firstly, on March 17th,2026, I bought new sunglasses with camera called “Ray Ban Meta 2” on the website, I recieved a discount, because my brother bought the same ones. I was truly enjoyed, and I have been waiting one week for the glasses.
Secondly, when I noticed that the glasses had arrived, I downloaded Meta app in my phone to try it, but I found a real problem in the audio of my recordings. The glasses are not able to grab sound, it is an important problem, because I cannot make videos to Tik Tok.
Finally, I would like the store give me some recommendations about how I can solve this problem or it is neccessary to change for other one. I prefer the second option, because I feel more comfortable having a new product.
