I am writing to complain about the eletronic product i.s. Conventional microwave from your official website, which is not working properly and bring your attention toward your product service.
I orderd this microwave on last week on 1st january 2026, recived on 5th january 2026 with fast delivery service, which was remarkable. However, there was no person come to demostration about the item, as manual was also missing in the box. I called a customer service centre for more than five times and could not get proper respond. Afterthat, i turned on an oven with the help of youtube video channel and found that heating coil was damaged, not produced heat evenly in the oven when i setted temperature 180 degree. Thus, i am very dissappointed about your poor service and response regarding the equipment as purchased from your website.
I kindly request you, please exchange the product or refund money, meanwhile resolve my matter too. I will send you some details of product photos, bill copy, product number with this letter. I am looking forward to your quicke assitance.
