dear sir/mam

i am writing to formally complain about a problem with a piece of equipment which i bought from you for my house use last week is now broken and not in used.

the main concern is i purchased an oven. After 3 days of its used it stopped working on. i belive there is some issue with the electrical connection. i have seen some burnt in the pluge. i started notice it day after i purchase. this has result in the safety risk because me and my wife work job in day time and our children come and use oven to heat food, if they got electrical shpock during it use has increase its safety risk.

i would appreciate it if you could replace this oven to new one. furthermore to support my complain i would provide you the purchase receipt, warrenty card. i trust this will be resolved promptly, as its reference number is 1234 for your reference.
