I am writing to describe a problem I have faced with recently bought device.
Two weeks ago I bought a new phone on your website: IPhone 17 pro in orange color with 256 memory capacity. Unfortunately, 2 days ago it’s battery started losing ability to keep charge and after only 1-hour not active usage, I need to place it to a charge station which is very inconvenient. As a guarantee period is still on, I would like to exchange this device to a new one with the same parameters.
Please note that I will be out of town in 3 weeks’ period, so I will be grateful to have a new device by this time.
Could you please clarify what steps I need to take in this regards? I also hope that all transportation costs will be on your company.
