I am writing to enquire about an issue regarding my recent kitchen appliance purchase.
I have bought Bork waffle maker with additional option to heat up the bread in the store on the 788 Bank street. Its has specific number 509930022, in gray colour and stainless steel holder.
I have been using this applience for one week and noticed that heating options is unavailable. When I am making waffles everythig works properly, however when I switched on hitting option it showed an error. I tried to reset it, but it did not work.
I was wondering if I could bring it in the store and mechanics will be able to see what happend to this. If this impossible I would like to recieve full refund and find a new waffle maker. Please, let me know about any further action.
